These terms apply when you use this website or make an enquiry with Tentwood Trips. Your written proposal and booking confirmation will set out the details that apply to your specific trip.
Sending an enquiry or choosing an itinerary does not reserve any travel. The website does not take payments. A booking is confirmed only after you accept our written proposal, make the agreed payment and receive our written confirmation.
Prices shown on the website are a guide and may change with dates, availability and supplier rates. Your written proposal will state the final price in Indian rupees, what is included and excluded, taxes, the payment schedule, how long the price is valid and the cancellation conditions.
Your travel services, such as flights, hotels, transport and activities, are provided by independent suppliers. Their own terms and conditions also apply, and we will share any important supplier conditions with you before you book.
Please check that names, dates and trip details are correct before you confirm. Every traveller needs a valid passport, visa and any other required entry documents. Visa decisions are made by the authorities, so we cannot guarantee approval. Please tell us about any accessibility or medical needs before booking so we can plan for them.
Please send any change requests in writing with your booking reference. Suppliers may charge for changes, and we will tell you about any charges before they apply. Weather, operational problems or government restrictions can affect travel; if this happens, we will help you with alternatives and any refund you are entitled to. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
Please do not misuse the website, try to access it without permission or submit someone else’s information without their consent. Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have under applicable law.
