When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, group size, destination, preferences and any message you write. We also keep a reference number, the status of your enquiry and our notes about it. Please do not send passport numbers, identity documents, card details or health information through the website form.
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare a travel proposal, follow up on your request and keep the website safe from misuse. Sending an enquiry does not sign you up for promotional messages; we will only send those if you separately agree.
We do not sell your information. Our hosting and security providers process technical information needed to run the website. If you contact us on WhatsApp, Meta processes that conversation under its own terms. When you confirm a booking, we share the details needed with the airlines, hotels and other suppliers who provide your travel.
The public website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The map on our Contact page is provided by Google, which may receive your IP address and browser details and set its own cookies when the map loads. Links to other websites are covered by those websites’ privacy policies.
We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to respond to you, manage any booking and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time, unless we are required by law to keep it.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw any consent you have given, by emailing [email protected]. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. We protect your information with access controls and secure connections, although no online service can promise absolute security.
