About Tentwood Trips
We turn the places you’re dreaming about into clear, considered journeys—planned around the people taking them.
Planning journeys for9+ years
Our story
A holiday should feel like yours long before you board the flight.
Tentwood Trips makes travel planning feel less like sorting through endless options and more like a thoughtful conversation. We start with who is travelling, how you like to spend your time and the details you would rather not worry about.
We plan domestic and international journeys, corporate travel, group trips, cruises and educational programmes. Our ground team helps coordinate local arrangements, with coverage and your journey contact confirmed for your itinerary before departure.

A destination, route and rhythm built from your priorities.
Start a conversationWhat we take care of
Your dates, interests and budget shape the route, with time for sightseeing and time to yourself.
Compare locations, room categories and comfort, from a city base to a resort escape.
Coordinate departures, airport pickups and onward travel. Discuss baggage and connections while planning.
Documentation guidance and application assistance. Requirements vary; issuing authorities decide approval.
Fit local culture, food, sightseeing and adventure around your interests and available time.
Confirm your journey contact, local coverage and assistance arrangements before departure.
How we plan
Dates and destinations help, but so do the moments you want from the trip.
We work through the route, stays, experiences and inclusions with you.
You leave with a clear plan and a team that remains within reach.
